| McCadden is a unique and hip apartment complex located in the heart of Hollywood and Highland area that consisted of 3 buildings located over a single podium garage. The podium was designed to carry a 5'-0" deep pool and jacuzzi. The units varied from single level units to loft type units at the fourth floor with some non-stacking floor plans. Design of garage and shoring involved coordination with MTA. |
